Welcome to the Tennessee Book and Ephemera Fair, where book lovers and collectors come together in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Our vision is to create the perfect environment for book enthusiasts to explore, discover, and connect with expert dealers from across the country.
The fair will take place at the historic Factory at Franklin in Franklin, Tennessee, a setting rich in charm and history. Attendees will have the opportunity to browse a curated selection of rare and collectible books, first editions, vintage volumes, postcards, prints, fine bindings, leather-bound sets, maps, and more.
Whether you’re a seasoned collector or simply passionate about books, this event promises a unique opportunity to uncover literary treasures and engage with knowledgeable dealers.

Location
The Factory at Franklin is a vibrant destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment, located just steps from Main Street in historic downtown Franklin. Originally built in 1929 as a stove factory, this beautifully repurposed space is now home to a variety of artisan shops, eateries, and creative experiences. The fair will be located in Liberty Hall of the venue.

Cathy is the owner and lead event planner of Organized Occasion in Aiken, SC, with over 15 years of experience in planning weddings, private parties, non-profit events, and large corporate gatherings. Her keen attention to detail and expertise in event logistics ensure seamless execution, making every event a success.
Holly Segar
Holly, co-owner of Caroliniana Rare Books in Aiken, SC, has over 20 years of experience in the rare book trade. Being an exhibitor at numerous fairs around the country a year she brings first hand knowledge of creating the perfect environment for sellers and collectors to come together. ( she also never sits still long enough at her desk to capture a picture)
Cathy and Holly met through their mutual love of Pickleball where they were teamed up together to create an elaborate Birthday party.
